Andrew Agwata
Founder & Principal Accountant
Andrew Agwata is the founder and principal accountant behind ANA Accounting & Finance LLC. With over 7 years of hands-on accounting experience — including roles as an Accounting Specialist Sr. and Systems Accountant with the United States Postal Service — Andrew brings a rare combination of institutional rigor and personalized client service to every engagement.
His academic foundation is equally strong: Andrew holds an Associate Degree in Accounting from Anoka Technical College, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Walden University, and a Master of Science in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics from St. Mary's University of Minnesota.
Andrew founded ANA to bring the same level of precision and analytical thinking he applied in large-scale federal operations directly to small businesses, freelancers, and families across Minnesota — making expert financial guidance accessible to everyone.
